We provide same-day translation for personal identification documents (passports, national IDs, driver's licenses), birth and marriage certificates, death certificates, diplomas and academic transcripts, medical records, and short business correspondence. For same-day certified translation specifically, the document must be submitted by 12:00 PM Eastern time to guarantee same-day delivery.
Same-day translation does not mean lower quality. The same human translator process applies -- the document goes to a qualified translator, is reviewed, and is formatted correctly. For certified documents, the signed translator declaration is included. What changes is the prioritization: same-day orders move to the front of the queue.
Pricing for same-day translation is higher than our standard rates to reflect the priority handling and the translator's availability commitment. The price is confirmed when you submit the document, before any work starts. There are no surprise fees after delivery.
