Refund Policy

1. Summary

We stand behind our work. If we fall short of the agreed scope, we correct it or refund proportionally. This policy sets out the specific terms.

2. Full Refund

A full refund is available if you cancel within 24 hours of payment AND translation has not yet started. Email billing@fasttranslationservice.com with "Cancellation Request" in the subject.

3. Partial Refund

Less than 25% complete: 60% refund
25% to 50% complete: 30% refund
More than 50% complete: No refund; project delivered to scope

4. Quality Issues

If delivered content contains substantive errors relative to the source, we correct them at no charge within 10 business days of notification. Contact hello@fasttranslationservice.com with specific examples.

5. Non-Refundable Items

Rush add-on fees after the rush window begins
Notarization fees once notarization is complete
Consultation hours once sessions have occurred

6. USCIS Rejections

We format certified translations to meet USCIS requirements and maintain a 99.3% first-pass acceptance rate. If USCIS rejects a translation we produced due to a formatting error on our part, we correct it at no charge.

7. How to Request

Email billing@fasttranslationservice.com with "Refund Request"
Include name, order email, date, and reason
Response within 1 business day; decision within 3 business days
Approved refunds via Stripe within 5 to 10 business days
