Delivery Policy

1. Digital Delivery Only
All Fast Translation Service deliverables are sent electronically. No physical materials are shipped. Translated documents are delivered by email in PDF or other requested format.
2. What Happens After Payment
- Immediate: Stripe sends a payment receipt to your email.
- Within 2 business hours: We email you requesting your source document and confirming project details.
- Within 4 hours of document receipt: We confirm the assigned translator, delivery format, and exact delivery date in writing.
- On confirmed delivery date: Translated files sent by email. Certified translations include a signed certification page.
- 14 days post-delivery: Support window for questions and revision requests.
3. Standard Delivery Timelines
- Express Package (1,000 words): 24 hours from document receipt
- Standard Package (3,000 words): 48 hours from document receipt
- Professional Package (7,500 words): 72 hours from document receipt
- Enterprise Package (20,000 words): Timeline confirmed at project kickoff
- Same-Day Add-on: Submit by 12:00 PM Eastern for same-day delivery
All timelines begin from receipt of the complete source document, not from payment date.
4. Accepted File Formats
We accept PDF, Word (.docx, .doc), Excel, PowerPoint, JPEG, PNG, TIFF, and plain text. Scanned documents in PDF or image format are accepted. We deliver in the same format unless otherwise requested.
5. Late Delivery
If we cannot meet a confirmed date, we notify you at least 12 business hours in advance. For urgent cases, call (614) 745-4613.
