The same process on every project. Certified work follows the same five steps as standard translation -- there are no shortcuts.
Send your file in any format -- PDF, Word, JPEG, or scanned document. Tell us the source and target language, your deadline, and whether you need certified translation. We respond with a fixed quote within 60 minutes during business hours.
We review the document, confirm the word count and complexity, and send a written confirmation with the agreed price, delivery date, and any questions about specific terminology. We do not start until you confirm.
A qualified human translator handles your document. For legal and certified work, the translator has relevant legal or regulatory background. For medical content, a medically trained translator handles the terminology.
A second reviewer checks the translation against the source document for accuracy, terminology consistency, and formatting. For certified translations, we produce the signed declaration meeting USCIS and court requirements.
Files sent by email in your requested format on or before the confirmed date. Certified translations include a signed certification page. We are available for questions for 14 days after delivery.
Send the full document when the project starts. Partial uploads change scope and pricing. We quote and schedule based on the complete document.
Tell us if you need PDF, Word, or both. For certified translations, tell us whether you need notarization as well. We handle format requirements when you submit.
Consolidate revision feedback through one person. Multiple reviewers sending conflicting edits slow delivery and can create errors. One contact per project.
Fixed quote, confirmed delivery date, same business day response.
