When you request a quote, submit a document, or complete checkout, we collect: name, email address, phone number, country, and document content submitted for translation.
Payments are processed exclusively through Stripe. We do not receive, store, or process payment card details. Stripe is PCI DSS compliant.
Server logs may collect IP addresses, browser type, and access times for security purposes. Retained 30 days.
All documents submitted are treated as strictly confidential. They are shared only with the translator assigned to your project. We do not use client documents for any other purpose, share them with third parties, or retain them beyond project completion unless specifically requested.
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal data we hold about you. Email hello@fasttranslationservice.com with subject "Privacy Request." We respond within 30 days.
Stripe (payments) and Google Fonts (typography) are used. Each operates under its own privacy policy. We do not sell personal data.
